RESILIENCE COACHING

Steadiness on shifting grounds

The context around us is always changing. Sometimes, faster than we can keep up with. I coach people through those moments. The career transitions, the relationship changes, the seasons that just knock you off center. Together, we slow the reactivity, reset the frame and start to see challenges as opportunities. Helping you build a more resilient mindset for whatever comes next.

ABOUT

Together, we acknowledge hard things and keep moving toward what matters

Many of us are managing more than we let on: as partners, parents, or as people. The pace at work doesn't slow down, the stakes at home don't get any lower, and just pushing through to the next thing stops working at some point.

I spent my career inside complex technical environments leading teams and navigating change when failure mattered. I know what it's like to carry responsibility for systemic outcomes while also trying to become my best self.

I became a Coach because I don't want clients to mourn the sunrise. I believe most people have more steadiness and resilience within them than they are currently accessing and the right thought partner can change how you move through hard seasons. If you’re interested in shifting your mindset and finding your footing, I’d love to talk.

  • WHY EXPLORE RESILIENCE COACHING

  • Burnt out or
    bracing for impact

On paper, life is good. But you're short with people you care about, everything feels urgent, and you can't keep running this hot without it costing you something.

  • Confronting a major change

A job loss, a life change, a relationship shift... Change is happening whether you're ready or not, and you're tired of either catastrophizing or avoidance.

  • Same pattern, different scenery

Different job, same frustration. Different team, same dynamic. Venting is only so helpful. You want to understand the pattern so you can respond differently.

  • High responsibility, low agency

Everyone needs something from you and you're always on. When things go sideways you get reactive. You want a steadier baseline to make decisions from.
